Bob Rivkin Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rivkin, a successful entrepreneur, has previously been involved in the formation, acquisition, restructuring, and sale of +/-100 businesses in the energy, waste, mining, natural resource, environmental, agriculture, communication and real estate industries and, as part of these businesses, has raised hundreds of millions of dollars of capital. Mr. Rivkin practiced public accounting in New York, NY, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, equity/debt financings, and SEC reporting. Mr. Rivkin graduated from Bernard Baruch College in New York, NY with a BBA in finance and accounting, and has taken numerous courses in Earth Sciences, Engineering, Law, and Taxation.

Andrew Dennison Controller

Mr Dennison graduated from Geneva College in May of 1997 with a BSBA with an accounting concentration from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. After graduation, Mr. Dennison spent a total of six years in public accounting, demonstrating skill and developing knowledge in a number of disciplines, including both GAAP accounting and income taxation, and across a broad range of industries, including banks, manufacturing and oil and gas. In 2004, Mr. Dennison was asked to join Huntley & Huntley, Inc., who was actively drilling and developing shallow natural gas wells in Appalachia through the use of tax-advantage drilling limited partnerships. As the manager of finance and accounting, Mr. Dennison was responsible for developing budgets for both drilling activities and the company as a whole, income tax planning, review of all general ledger activity and all communication with third-party auditors. In 2012, Mr. Dennison moved to Atlas Energy Group, LP (NYSE: ATLS), as a manager of accounting, where he was responsible for accounting duties related to major acquisitions including the purchase price allocation, and technical accounting duties such as depletion and asset retirement obligations. Mr. Dennison received his CPA certification (currently inactive) in January of 2001 in the state of West Virginia and subsequently held active licenses in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Gary Taneri PE PS Director of Engineering & Surveying

Mr. Taneri has been a Civil Engineer and Surveyor for 31 years. He is licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Youngstown State University. Mr. Taneri has extensive experience in highway design, municipal utility design and all aspects of general civil and surveying. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry for the last 9 years including permitting, surveying, mapping and design of Salt Water Injection Well facilities.

Nicholas Paparodis Director of Business Development

Mr. Paparodis began his career in 1992 as an independent lease agent working primarily in the Appalachian Basin. He has experience with all facets of compiling urban and rural drill sites. He has been directly involved in the leasing and development of over 30,000 acres in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Paparodis has been instrumental in structuring the assignment and sale of thousands of acres of deep rights. As Director of Business Development, he is involved in client contact, investor and landowner relations, communications, evaluating and negotiating potential acquisitions, along with marketing for the Salt Water Injection wells.
